Quad Five utilizes a variety of freight carriers so that our products reach our customers by the most expeditious and economical means available.

Our primary shipping method for the United States and Canada is FedEx Overnight.
We also ship via UPS, freezer truck, and commercial airline flights.

United States Shipments

In the United States, perishable and frozen products are shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend deliveries.  Our standard shipping methods are FedEx Overnight and UPS Next Day Air. For bulk sera shipments, freezer truck delivery will be arranged.

International Shipments

For international customers, we generally ship on Thursday or Friday, so the blood products will travel over the weekend and be available for clearance on Monday. These products are shipped by the fastest means available, usually FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express.

All international shipments are initially set up on a custom basis given the differences in transit time and customs clearance. The staff at Quad Five is very proficient at finding the best combination of carriers and freight forwarders to ensure that your shipments arrive on time, in proper condition, and for the lowest cost. Our staff is fully capable of preparing the necessary export documents needed for a smooth clearance process.

Our sheep blood, horse blood, bovine blood, and goat blood products are derived from donor animals located at our facility. As a result, USDA veterinarians can provide customized declarations on the export certificate. Quad Five is a licensed blood collection and serum processing facility (MT-TEC-0001) in compliance with European Union Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002.

Shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.
